搭舢慈善社致力陪伴香港基層及弱勢青年，透過創意活動、社區服務及真實體驗，幫助他們建立自信、擴闊視野，在社會中被接納和尊重，同時關懷社區中有需要的人士。 TAPSAN Charity Association walks alongside underprivileged Hong Kong youth – including those from single-parent, low-income, new arrival and ethnic minority families – giving them safe, positive experiences to connect with others, discover their strengths, and blend into society with confidence and dignity.

我們的故事 Our Story
搭舢慈善社早於2018年由民間自組的義工團隊開始與非牟利機構合作舉辦和參與不同類型的義工活動。不只是捐款，還身體力行，為社會上需要的人分享愛和力量。 Tapsan Charity Association began in 2018 as a self-organised volunteer team collaborating with non-profit organisations to run and take part in many kinds of volunteer activities. We don't just donate — we take action, sharing love and strength with those in need.
現在搭舢慈善社已經是香港合法註冊成為非牟利團體（註冊編號：91/20121），更能有組織地透過不同性質的活動培養青年人，建立正面思維，認識自己，發展技能，讓他們抱着信心投入社會之外，也能給予青年人機會認識社會，積極扶助弱勢社群，成為有善有愛的人。 Today, Tapsan Charity Association is a legally registered non-profit organisation in Hong Kong (Registration No. 91/20121). This lets us nurture young people in a structured way — building positive thinking, self-understanding, and practical skills so they can join society with confidence, while also giving them the chance to understand social issues, actively support vulnerable communities, and grow into kind and caring people.
為何叫「搭舢」？ Why "TAPSAN"?
「搭舢」的名字取自香港傳統的小舢舨——一艘載人渡港的小船。我們相信，善心是指南針，關懷是風帆，每一位參與者都是船上的夥伴。搭舢就是搭上一艘載滿關愛的小船，一起穿越人生的港灣，互相扶持、共同前行。 The name "TAPSAN" comes from the traditional Hong Kong sampan — a small boat that carries people across the harbour. We believe kindness is our compass and care is our sail. Every participant is a fellow passenger. TAPSAN is about boarding a boat of care together, navigating life's harbour side by side, supporting one another along the way.
從成立之初，我們已致力於透過慈善行動改變生命，例如幫助單親家庭的孩子參與教育工作坊，讓他們重拾自信。 Since our very beginning, we have been dedicated to changing lives through charitable action — for example, helping children from single-parent families take part in educational workshops so they can rebuild their confidence.

搭舢慈善社於2018年由一群熱心的香港市民自組義工團隊開始，其後正式註冊為非牟利團體。我們的董事會和核心義工團隊來自不同專業背景，共同監督機構的運作、財務及策略方向，確保每一分資源都用得其所。 TAPSAN began in 2018 as a self-organised volunteer team of passionate Hong Kong citizens and was later formally registered as a non-profit organisation. Our board and core volunteer team come from diverse professional backgrounds, overseeing operations, finances, and strategic direction to ensure every resource is well spent.
管治聲明 Governance Statement
搭舢慈善社有限公司為根據香港《公司條例》（第622章）註冊的擔保有限公司，並根據《稅務條例》（第112章）第88條獲稅務局認可為豁免繳稅的慈善機構（自2024年11月4日起生效，商業登記號碼：76734601，稅務局檔案編號：91/20121）。我們定期向稅務局及公司註冊處提交年度申報，並致力維持高標準的財務透明度。 TAPSAN Charity Association Limited is a company limited by guarantee registered under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and is recognised by the Inland Revenue Department as a tax-exempt charity under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112), effective 4 November 2024 (Business Registration No. 76734601; IRD File Ref. 91/20121). We file annual returns with the Inland Revenue Department and Companies Registry and maintain high standards of financial transparency.
